  • Jan Hoefnagels

    Operational manager


    I work as an operations manager at Bwefar Keur, where I use my experience and knowledge to ensure quality, reliability, and innovation. In my role, I'm responsible for monitoring processes and supporting colleagues, customers, and partners in achieving the highest standards.

    My goal is that processes are not only efficient, but also always in line with the high quality standards that Bwefar Keur stands for.


    Before joining Bwefar Keur, I worked for about 35 years in the events industry as a lighting, sound, and rigging technician. In recent years, I also worked as a product manager for a manufacturer of electro hoists specifically for the events industry.

    A fantastic time in which I gained a lot of experience with technology, working together in dynamic teams and – perhaps most importantly – the importance of safety.


    My vision for Bwefar Keur is clear: I believe that inspection work is more than just checking and ticking boxes. It's about building trust, relieving customers of their worries, and ensuring that processes are continuously improved.

    I see Bwefar Keur as an organization that continues to evolve, adapting to the market without losing its focus on quality and professionalism. With my practical experience and passion for technology, I'm eager to contribute to a future where Bwefar Keur stands for quality, professionalism, and innovation.

  • Eddie Pape

    Planner and Workshop Manager


    My name is Eddie Pape, I'm 54 years old and live in Zwolle. On September 1st, I enthusiastically started working at Bwefar Keur BV as a planner and workshop manager.


    My career began in security technology, where I held positions including regional manager, system administrator, and electrical engineer at an international company. I also gained over 20 years of experience in the events industry, working as a room mixer, monitor mixer, tour manager, and crew leader. A diverse background that has given me extensive insight into both technology and organization.


    Safety isn't just an empty phrase for me. During my career, I unfortunately experienced a fatal accident in the events industry. That made me take safety even more seriously. I believe that thorough inspections and clear guidelines can make all the difference and prevent accidents.


    My vision is clear: Bwefar Keur must become the number one inspection company in the Netherlands. A reliable partner that provides complete peace of mind for clients, significantly increasing safety in the events industry.

  • Bjorn Hoekman

    Bwefar® Inspector


    Technician at heart and with over 30 years of experience in the events industry.


    In addition to all these years of experience, he has also been trained as an EKH inspector under the hook and has been active as the first inspector at Bwefar Keur BV since January 2025.


     


    Bjorn and Bwefar seem inextricably linked. Bwefar has had many forms and performances, and Bjron has always been there.


    He will be happy to visit you with a biscuit for coffee to approve your materials.
