Are you an enthusiastic, results-oriented salesperson who, together with the operations manager and planner/workshop manager, can further shape the commercial process? Then this position is for you! You'll be responsible for acquiring new customers, strengthening existing relationships, and achieving our commercial objectives. Your commitment will play a key role in further expanding our market position within the industry.
Today, you'll work with the operations manager and the planner/workshop manager on the day-to-day operations of Bwefar Keur BV, contributing to all facets of our organization.
What are you going to do?
- Actively approach and attract new customers in the stage and event industry.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers and partners.
- Identifying commercial opportunities and market developments to further improve our services.
- Develop and implement commercial objectives to further strengthen our position as market leader in the industry.
- Work with the Operations Manager and Planner/Workshop Manager to streamline the sales process and achieve a good balance between commercial and operational needs.
- Advise customers on inspections, safety solutions and customization, tailored to their wishes and needs.
- Ensure that sales targets are met and that growth occurs within our market segments.
- Coordinate quotes, contracts and after-sales, and maintain customer data in collaboration with the planner and operations manager.

What are your competencies?
- A strong commercial drive and proactive approach.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to advise and convince customers.
- Knowledge of and affinity with the stage and events industry, including insight into segments.
- A real team player who works closely with the operational team and management.
- Results-oriented, independent and organised, with a good ability to set priorities.
