That's why we do more than just test and inspect. We want to share knowledge, raise awareness, and contribute to a sustainable safety culture in the stage and event industry.
We'll soon be launching training courses and seminars focused entirely on safety, inspections, and testing. Because only when everyone understands why inspections are so important can we prevent accidents together and further improve the quality of our work.

Our mission:

Our goal is clear: to make the stage and events industry structurally safer. That starts with awareness.
Everyone working in this sector—from technicians and riggers to producers, organizers, rental companies, theaters, and independent specialists—plays a role in safety. Only if everyone takes responsibility can we truly reduce risks and accidents.
Our goal is for everyone in the industry to know that everything should be inspected within fifteen years. Ambitious? Certainly. But every change starts with knowledge – and knowledge starts with sharing.

From awareness to movement
We know it's unlikely we'll ever get to the point where every device, tripod, or cable in the industry is always certified. But if everyone understands the importance of certification and holds each other accountable, we'll have made enormous progress.
Safety must become a natural topic of conversation: in every theatre, at every rental company, at every festival and with every technical team.
We want to create a culture in which inspections are not an administrative obligation, but a sign of professionalism, craftsmanship and pride.

Our name should be instantly associated with safety, reliability, and expertise. When someone thinks of safety in the events industry, the name Bwefar Keur BV should automatically come to mind. Our ambition: to become the standard for safe working – not only through our inspection services, but also through our knowledge, training, and commitment to the sector.

Trainings and seminars:

We are currently developing a series of training courses and seminars on safety and inspections. Our focus will be on:
- Increasing safety awareness in the sector
- Explanation of the legal obligations regarding inspections and approvals
- Practical application of safety principles in the workplace
The training sessions will be held in our new training facility, which we are currently setting up. It will be a place where knowledge is shared, practical examples are highlighted, and where we can work together to build a safer future for everyone in the sector.

Bwefar® is an established name in the sector. Projects worldwide have been carried out by Bwefar Rental BV. Since 2007, it has been VCA** certified, meeting the highest safety standards. All Bwefar Rental materials have been periodically inspected and tested. This expertise has been incorporated into Bwefar Keur BV.
All technical inspections at once
No need for 3, 4, or 5 inspectors on your premises; all inspections are handled by a single provider, in a single database, and with a single point of contact. How easy could it be? Hoisting and lifting equipment, loaders and ladders, personal protective equipment, power distribution boxes and cabling, and all other electrical materials and tools. ONE STOP SHOP
Repairs, if possible, directly on site
We strive to carry out all repairs on-site. This can also save a significant amount of time, money, and transport. Since we're still a young company, we need to build a robust database and parts inventory to ensure we can respond more quickly in the event of a repair.
Direct light minor maintenance on hoisting and lifting equipment such as lubricating chains and steel cables.
If desired, we offer direct service and minor maintenance on materials and tools. We're already there, have the equipment in hand, and can handle basic maintenance for a small fee. You'll hardly ever have to worry about maintenance intervals again.
Everything clearly presented in a digital platform with customer login
All materials and tools we inspect are entered into our database. Clear, well-organized, and of course, with a dedicated login for each customer. Always have access if you need to see or check something. Clear and transparent.
Proactive planning
We track the expiration of inspections and return to the customer's site approximately two months before the due date. We schedule new inspection dates and ensure you don't have to worry about a thing. All you have to worry about is having the materials and tools ready for us. We'll take care of the rest. Even a cookie with your coffee.
